On Thursday, October 12, 2017, the U.S.-Libya Business Association (USLBA) hosted a roundtable discussion at the National Foreign Trade Council (NFTC) with the Governor of the Central Bank of Libya (CBL) Sadiq al-Kabir and his delegation, including Tarik Yousef al-Magriaf, a member of the CBL Board of Directors and Kabir’s top adviser. Governor Kabir addressed the wide variety of challenges and opportunities that are currently facing Libya.
