Chairman

David (Mack) Moore advises and represents ConocoPhillips on global energy issues as Manager for International Government Affairs and Political Risk. In this capacity, he also serves as Board Chairman of the US-Libya Business Association. Mack has over 15 years’ experience analyzing and advising on energy market and policy issues, based in Washington, DC.

Prior to his work with ConocoPhillips, he served as Director for Energy on the White House National Security Council, advancing policy initiatives and advising the Obama Administration on energy, climate, and economic security issues. He also worked as an energy security analyst for the US government, as Vice President with the Rapidan Group energy market consultancy, and as Director for Energy and Emissions Policy Analysis with Tudor Investment Corporation. Mack earned his Masters of Arts from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies in Washington, DC and his Bachelors of Arts with Honors and Distinction from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
